We are recruiting B2B SaaS companies with subscription models and predictable, recurring revenue.
Legal Structure
Companies must be a US C-Corp, LLC, or planning to become one. Industries that are federally illegal in the US are not eligible.

Financial Criteria
- There is no upfront cost to participate. Founders retain equity and full ownership of the company.
- Companies must demonstrate traction and be at or close to a revenue-generating stage.
- Companies agree to repay the services investment 2-4x. The rate of return is contingent upon when it is repaid.



Case Studies

Adding Voice Agent Recommendation Systems
Alpha Corp is a B2B micro-SaaS company. Their team is small but scrappy. Costs are predictable, churn is low, and revenue is recurring. Alpha Corp has been bootstrapped thus far. They have no plans to raise funding and cannot afford to hire an in house software development team. However, the more their Alpha Corp CEO reads about AI, the more they are interested in adding an AI recommendation system deployed through a voice agent.
An RBF partnership would empower Alpha Corp to add these AI technologies without spending the development costs up front. When their retail customers increase, Alpha Corp will repay Ensemble Innovation with a monthly percentage of the escalating revenue and retain full ownership of the company without the pressure of a hyper-growth exit.

Offering Data as a Service
Bravo Partnerships has been successfully servicing the casino industry for five years. Their popular SaaS product has been collecting data during this time, but they do not have a team of AI engineers to effectively deliver that data to their customers. Bravo Partnerships is also raising a Seed round. They know this new functionality will be attractive to investors, but they cannot build it without funding.
A RBF partnership with Ensemble Innovation would incorporate predictive analytics and data visualization to make Bravo’s data valuable enough to offer the casino customers a new subscription tier. Bravo Partnerships repays Ensemble Innovation as a vendor from the new subscription revenue which does not interfere with their cap table.

Courtney is an expert in her industry. She has several advanced degrees, over 20 years of experience, and hundreds of satisfied clients. She’s ready to scale herself, but funding is scarce for women founders of color.
An RBF partnership with Ensemble Innovation could build an AI knowledge base for Courtney that scapes the web for industry regulations, integrates documentation of her expertise, and generates automatic responses when clients query her AI generated app. Courtney soon realizes that this solution could also be white labeled and sold to other businesses in her industry. With that new recurring revenue, she repays Ensemble within two years of their investment.
